of VAT (Value Added Tax). The Price excludes delivery charges, gift packaging, any

After the order is received we shall confirm by email the details, description and

AGE OF CONSENT |

DELIVERY |

The Goods will be sent by first class recorded delivery post to addresses in the
UK and by international recorded delivery for addresses outside the UK. A signature
on receipt of delivery will be required.

We cannot guarantee the delivery date or time. Unless otherwise specified next to
a product on the Seller’s website, delivery will normally be
7.3.1. within 7 days of receipt of order where the delivery address is in
the UK; and
7.3.2. within 28 days of receipt of order where the delivery address is outside
the UK.

Where the Goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, you shall be responsible
at your own expense for complying with any legislation or regulations governing
the importation of the Goods into the country of destination (including obtaining
relevant licences, permits and permissions if applicable and for the payment of
any duties.

In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable
for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising
directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions
at the time stated for delivery then:
7.6.1. risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to you (including for loss
or damage caused by your negligence);
7.6.2. the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered;
8.6.3. without affecting any other right or remedy available to us, we may cancel
the Contract.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods. It is
your responsibility to arrange inspection of the Goods immediately on delivery.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time from the date you place your order until 7
days after receiving the goods by giving us written notification by email to
returns@palpoboutique.com
8.1.1. Cancellation prior dispatch of your ordered goods: Please notify us
by email that you wish to cancel your order. A refund will be made to you within
21 days of receipt of your cancelled order.
8.1.2 Cancellation after dispatch of your ordered goods: Please notify us
by email that you wish to cancel your order. We will issue you with a return number.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you sent the notification
of cancellation. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will then issue a full refund
within 21 days of receipt of your cancelled order. In both cases (1.1. and 1.2.)
you will need to arrange the return yourself and meet any costs incurred.

8.2

Return of defective or faulty goods
8.2.1 All our products are fully guaranteed and you have the right to return
any defective or faulty goods to us within 14 days of delivery (this does not affect
your statutory rights). Please notify us by email that you wish to return your order
stating the reasons for return. We'll send you a Freepost return label and return
number so you can return your products at no cost to yourself. Upon receipt of the
returned goods we will provide you with at your election, either with replacement
goods, a credit note, or a full refund.

Special Occasions
To allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions to our return
policy apply:
8.3.1 Christmas gifts ordered from October onwards may be returned up to
the end of January.
8.3.2 Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to
the 15th March.

We can only accept returned goods that are undamaged and unsoiled with all labelling
intact.

|
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products
in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

|
Briefs/thongs/swimwear is tried on over your own underwear and that hygiene protection
will remain in tact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is
apparent that this has not been done.

|
Returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.
|
|
8.8
|
Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

|
We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders.

|
Remember to quote your order number and/or return number on all correspondence with

We can only provide you with a refund if the goods are returned to us by recorded
